Q&A with Steven Hall: Creating an Energy Sector Gateway project

03/07/24

Join our General Manager of Activity Projects, Steven Hall, as he unpacks our Creating an Energy Sector Gateway project.

️ “Initial reviews indicated a need for a complete overhaul of the Cert II qualifications, especially for career start pathways.”

Our project aims to develop an updated Cert II that supports diverse learners, including women and First Nations persons, encouraging their active participation in the energy sector. Additionally, it will establish clear STEM pathways from Secondary School (Years 10-12) onwards, benefiting career changers as well.

With clearer pathways and enhanced training, we’re paving the way for future leaders in electrotechnology and renewable energy.
