High Load, Short Supply Roadshow 2026

Join government, industry and training leaders for a full-day, interactive event focused on building the workforce Australia needs for a clean energy future.

About the Roadshow

The High Load, Short Supply Roadshow brings together stakeholders from across the energy and training ecosystem to explore the opportunities, challenges and innovations shaping Australia’s future workforce.

We’ll unpack how the landscape is changing, what skills will be critical in the coming decade, and how collaboration across sectors can unlock productivity and drive meaningful change.

This redesigned 2026 Roadshow offers a more interactive, engaging format with workshops, short “circuit breaker” activities, and insights drawn directly from apprentices, employers, industry leaders and government.
